It is very interesting to note that this level of quality is only possible in Korea as the laquer used gives an antibacterial effect and perfect hydrating balance avoiding any discoloration effect with time on the mother of pearl.
Yvan Arpa discovered this unique technique and their masters during his many visits to Korea while working on the latest Samsung Gear S3. This proves that traditional old « savoir faire» can perfectly live in harmony with the future of technology represented by smartwatches.
